David Osio

LAWYER & ENTREPRENEUR

Lawyer with specialized studies in International Banking Law. His outstanding career as a Legal Advisor and his deep banking knowledge,  allowed him to occupy the position of Vice- president of Commercial Banking in Banco Latino International (BLI). Thanks to the expertise achieved during his complete training with the Swiss Bank Corporation and the American Banking Association, Mr. Osio founded one of the first financial boutiques and multi- family offices in Latin-America in 1993, being one of the few firms with the title of Financial Intermediary Agent of the most recognized banks worldwide. Since then, David has developed the concept of independent financial advisor in international markets through the creation of independent and licensed companies in the main investment capitals: Geneva, New York, Miami, Brazil and Panama.

Alexander Rosania

TAX & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Alexander is a graduate in Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with 28 years of experience in administrative, accounting, and financial areas. He worked at Banco Davivienda de Colombia for over 5 years in the customer service department, assisting management. Currently, he has been working at Davos Financial Corp for 15 years, specializing in administration, accounting, and taxes. He is an expert in budget preparation, implementation, and financial planning. Alexander oversees the accounting and financial department of the organization. With 20 years of experience in the tax field, he is responsible for creating the organization's tax planning. Alexander coordinates the preparation and filing of tax returns for both national and international clients.

Carmen Monasterio

HUMAN RESOURCES & MARKETING

Graduated in Human Resources at Andres Bello Catholic University with postgraduate studies at Central University of Venezuela in Business Organization and a certification in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. With over 14 years of experience in the financial and insurance sector, Carmen occupied management positions in important companies from those sectors, as Banco Consolidado and Panamerican Insurance. Carmen has specialized in the creation of services infrastructures, companies restructuring processes , brand strategy and product value optimizing across all customer segments. Also responsible in developing and executing human resources programs and policies for personnel as well as developing carrier path and design salary compensation programs.

Carlos Recalde

FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING PLANNING

Industrial Engineering, graduated from Valley University with a Specialization in Financial Management at Javeriana University in Colombia, with more than 22 years of experience in several multinational consumer and pharmaceutical companies, in different areas such as Treasury, Financial Planning, Governance, Control and Credit Portfolio. 

During his career Carlos has being team leader in the financial and accounting area of important companies as MARS, Tecnoquimicas & Procter & Gamble among others. Specialized in the design and implementation of Risk Matrix methodologies, budget improvements, financial and commercial analysis as well as Investment and Credit Strategies. 

Tatiana Mendoza

STRATEGIC , REGULATORY & MARKETING

Strategy and Marketing Director with more than 19 years of experience as a Brand Manager and Business Development Consultant, who’s occupied management positions in important multinational companies such as Kimberly Clark Corp, Procter & Gamble and Mc Kinsey & Company. During her career has been responsible for improving brand positioning and marketing plans as well as leading corporate strategies oriented to long term business sustainability in the consumer goods, telecom and financial industries. Tatiana earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Andrés Bello Catholic University and a Master of Business Administration from Berkeley University and HEC-Paris.
